Cancel 1-2 weeks prior to travel - 20% cancellation fee
Cancel more than 2 weeks prior to travel - 100% refund low season
Cancel more than 4 weeks prior to travel - 100% high season
Cancel less than one week prior to travel - No refund unless re-booking
Payment to be 30% on booking including your credit card details, and balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your booking date.
